Homemade Bubbles

Homemade Bubbles

As spring is here, and summer is coming it is time for the kids to start playing with bubbles again.  Below I have posted a homemade bubble recipe made from things that most all of you probably have in your home right now.

Here are the three ingredients that you will need to make your bubbles.  I used joy soap, but if you prefer another kind of soap that would be fine too.

Ingredients
                                                                   6 cups warm water
                                                                   3/4 cup light corn syrup
                                                                   2 cups dish soap (joy)

Steps
Step One:   Pour the warm water into a bowl.

Step Two:   Pour the light corn syrup into the bowl of water.

Step Three:  Pour the dish soap into the same bowl

Step Four:  Mix well with a spoon or whisk.

This is what it should look like when you're done stirring.

Step Five:  Pour the bubble mixture into your old bubble containers, and for better bubbles, store in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Here's a picture of a couple of bubbles made with the bubble recipe.
